Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for Items (this does not include plants). If 30 days have passed since your order has arrived, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

If there is any issues with the order please contact us immediately with photos. We guarantee all plants will arrive in good condition but once under new care we can not insure them.

To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Along with photos. If a package is received damaged through the postal service please take 10 pictures of the box and contents so we may file a claim ASAP for you. Your order will then be re shipped and if any items ordered are not in stock you will be refunded that amount.

Refunds

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time (Instant on our end but may take up to a week to show/ process for you).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
