About Us
My academic background has also shaped how I approach growing. I am currently involved in genetics research on figs at Moravian, conducting an experiment analyzing the genomes of eight carefully selected varieties. Eventually, I do have aspirations to also experiment with breeding various fruit species in search of superior varieties.
More than anything, I believe in the value of growing your own food. There’s a level of satisfaction, security, and connection that comes from it that you simply can’t replicate any other way. It’s a skill worth learning, and one I’m passionate about sharing with others. It is my dream that one day everyone can be known in their community as “the neighbor with too much fruit”. I can’t say I know of any better gift than the gift of abundance, and I hope to bring this to you all so you can pass it on.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to expand your collection, my goal is to provide plants that I would be excited to grow myself–reliable, rewarding, and truly worth your time. Thank you for your support and allowing me to do what I love!
I hope I see you out in the garden 🙂

Donations & Volunteering
As an avid volunteer ski patroller I understand the importance of giving back to your community. If you are part of a community led project and have an opportunity for me to contribute plants or time in a meaningful way please reach out. I would love to hear more. Please do understand this is a small nursery and I am only one person so I am bound to a certain extent.
